Social Bookmarking - Web 2.0 Tools for sharing information and collaborating.

My Delicious Bookmarks - Delicious is a Social Bookmarking site that allows the user to tag, annotate and save a Website, and more importantly, to share them with colleagues, and, if you choose, with students. Because they are tagged, you can search them by tag, e.g. "web2.0" or "language." Need a website for a particular purpose? Search the Delicious bookmarks of others by tag. Working on a theme project? Tag all the sites you want your students to visit and provide the link to your Delicious sites with that tag e.g. http://delicious.com/rodmurr/web2.0

My Diigo Bookmarks - Diigo is another Social Bookmarking Site that permits annotations, stickies, notes, and can also be used as a highlighter. Sites can be shared amongst colleagues, between students doing research or working on similar topics. Others will see shared notes and stickies. e.g. an assignment where students read, markup, and discuss a webpage with their reactions, understandings and reflections. Requires email login.

My Evernotes - remember anything you've seen on the internet by marking and tagging it: text, photos, anything, and text embedded in photos is searchable too.
